Payables & Receivables

Payables and receivables are two critical financial reports that provide insights into a business’s cash flow and overall financial health. They help businesses track the money owed to them by customers (receivables) and the money they owe to suppliers and vendors (payables).

1. Payables Report

Go to Main Menu > Reports > Payables

The ability to filter your payables report by month, year, or a custom date range gives you greater flexibility in analyzing your data.

You have the option to download your report in PDF format.

Go to Main Menu > Reports > Receivables

Similar to payables, you can filter your receivables report by month, year, or a custom date range, allowing for more in-depth data analysis.

You have the option to download your report in PDF format.
