Why are some outlets not visible on the DMS App handheld device?
The following are possible reasons why outlets might not appear on the DMS App handheld device:
Outlet is not active
Check if the outlet is currently active in the system. Inactive outlets may not be displayed on the app
Outlet is not assigned to the route
The app will only show outlets that are assigned to the same delivery route number as the device you’re using.
